Formerly Lieutenant Sylvester Dumas, 20+ year veteran of the Kirkwall City Guard. He resigned and moved over into Riftwatch several months after the passing of his wife, who was -- according to rumor -- quite an accomplished smuggler. Sylvester trained guard recruits for over a decade, and was stalwart in his defense of the city through various catastrophes that occurred within its walls in that time. More presently: he is very tall and very loud.


Will: pick up guard rotations and patrols, catch you misbehaving, encourage and/or interrupt squabbling, hit monsters with a sword, get very drunk and give you terrible life advice on purpose. Won't: quiet down, get out of your way, apologize, pass along your concerns to his superiors.
